Father's Day (belated)

Since both of us were working on Father's Day, we had a belated celebration a week later. Dan wanted to get a taste of Hawai'i at L&L Barbecue, and there's one particular place that his favorite macaroni salad...in Van Nuys. So we hauled our cookies all the way to Van Nuys for some ono eats.




Sean Patrick also had lunch although since he's too young for a mixed plate, he had a delicious fruit puree instead...well, he had a bite here and there when not staring at the ceiling fan.


He also wore some of his lunch :)

Daddy got a few gifts from SP: complete, uncirculated set of all 50 U.S. quarters (nerd alert!), a Family Guy (Season 7?) DVD set and a massage from the spa in his gym. Lucky!

SP made out like a bandit on belated Father's Day as well. Right next to the L&L BBQ in Van Nuys is a Babies R Us store. Let's just say the kid got a few toys :) We introduce toys one at a time so he got his musical maracas first. See video below, we think he likes it:
